How to summarize long text and PDFs

Most chat tools summarise pasted text well and PDFs only if you upload them in that product. KhojOne AI mode works on the question you type. For a file on your computer, copy the relevant pages into the prompt or use the vendor’s upload feature.

Steps

  1. Skim the document. Note headings and tables.
  2. Paste one section at a time if the file is long.
  3. Ask for: audience, length, and “quote any number exactly; if missing, say unknown.”
  4. Count words with Word counter if you have a limit.
